What is Machar?

Machar, meaning "tomorrow," is Beth El's youth group for 2nd and 3rd graders who want a fun place to play after Torah School one Sunday a month. Activities have included ice skating, day at the movies, chocolate seder, and many more. Being a member of Machar gives children the opportunity to connect with new Jewish friends in an informal environment where the Jewish values that are taught during Torah school or at home come to life. Whether your 2nd or 3rd grader attends VTS, is new to San Diego, or just wants to meet some new kids, Machar is the place to be!
