At Congregation Beth El, Shabbat is a day of delight and renewal, where we gather as a synagogue family to reflect on our lives and sense God’s presence through prayer and celebration. Our services are warm, participatory, and filled with Hebrew prayer, song, and insights from Jewish wisdom.
Holidays
We observe the sacred occasions of the Jewish year each season.
Our joyous prayer services and events on the High Holy Days, Sukkot, Simhat Torah, Hannukah, Purim, Passover, and Shavuot feature the unique ritual symbols and commemorations of each festival. Throughout the year, our celebrations include opportunities for all ages to share in the spirit and meaning of every holiday.
Celebrate with Us
At Congregation Beth El, we draw inspiration from the Torah, where our patriarch Jacob names a place where he senses God’s presence, declaring, "Come, let us go up to Beth El." Like Jacob, we find our synagogue community to be an awe-inspiring place for spiritual elevation and celebration of Jewish life. CBE is an awesome place for Jewish celebration! We foster personal relationships, support each other, and engage in learning and service.
